  • It's time to give the green bags the boot!

Breaking news! We're catching up with the rest of the world and we've come to the conclusion that we really don't need any more plastic bags in our lives. In the past we've often provided bags as part of our service for storing excess green waste. For the most part, those bags (we can only assume) are not re-used once they're emptied - that's "single use" and we've just given that whole idea the boot. If you're one of our fabulous clients that has excess waste on occasion - don't panic - we have some options for you: - we can neatly pile your waste (no bags) somewhere convenient and out of sight for disposal in your green bins - we can provide a more sturdy and re-usable green bag to store your waste at your visit - you can provide your own re-usable bag - we can 'chop & drop' suitable waste and mulch your garden, or - if there's HEAPS of waste, we can organise a skip or tip run If you have any questions or you'd like us to bring a re-usable bag to your next garden visit please let us know here. Thanks & don't forget to stay AWESOME - you can follow us on Facebook & Instagram to see how it's done 😎 - Mel & the ever amazing garden team

This year has been a little less bumpy than the last and we're so very grateful that we've been able to share the garden love with all of you - our continually growing, pun intended, garden family 💜 Fun Fact! With the help of our fabulous friends at Tradie Support Services our amazing team have visited your gardens nearly 1500 times this year! That's A LOT of gardening, and we're on track to keep that on the up and up in 2023. On that note - if you know any garden superstars - we'll be looking for some new faces to join the team next year. The deets are here so feel free to share! Christmas & New Year closing dates December 22nd - It's tools down! We'll be back from 9th January 2023 and we'll be replying to any messages and emails when we return 💜 TEAM CHRISTMAS PARTY IN THE PARK 💜 To celebrate our year we had a fun catch up at Sugarloaf Reservoir - if you haven't been to visit - you really must. It's beautiful with heaps of space to play Finska & practice your hoola hooping skillz. What's ahead in 2023? It's going to be a doozy! Just to start... • Spring wait list updates, plant shopping day + more...

Happy first day of Spring! We're not quite sure how we got here so quickly - but here we are! Every gardener loves Spring - the sun peeks out, the days get warmer (eventually) and it's the best time to plant new and exciting things. It's that time of year when we begin to see lots of creatures - big, small and sometimes scary - out and about in everyone's gardens. Keep an eye on our socials for some of our critter encounters. It's also the best time for plant shopping and we'll be doing just that next week. Get in touch if you'd like to add to the list. Details below... 🌼 Plant shopping day 🌼 Mel is heading out to the shops next Wednesday 7th September to fill the van with plants! Please email any plant orders through before Tuesday morning ** The suppliers don't always have exactly what we need ** If you trust us to choose alternatives just let us know - and remember the more orders we have the less expensive it works out for everyone! #happydays Inside scoop! If you're a kool kid (like us) and you follow us on Facey or Insta - you may have noticed some super amazing content being pumped out lately. Mel has decided that it's time to confess - it's actually our multi tasking champion of champions Nichole doing all these amazing things. You will know it's Mel's doing - if you see a mushroom shaped like a bum - nothing of any real value - but still funny! So a big shout out to Nichole #yourethebestest and you can see some of her handiwork here... Waiting list update... For those of you patiently waiting on the list - you haven't been forgotten - we are getting there! • House Keeping: Please pick up after your dogs before your garden booking

We love your dogs, but we don't love their poops. Our amazing team are often rummaging around in your garden on their hands and knees, pulling out weeds & planting new delights. The occasional doggie present is unavoidable and we are happy to accommodate these mishaps. However, navigating a minefield can be difficult. On the odd occasion where one too many crew members have stuck their hand in a turd, it can be difficult to schedule staff willing to work at your property. We ask if you can please be mindful of our crew and do a quick pick up before we arrive. Mel & her team thank you in advance! Cheers

  • We've been busy in the garden: waitlist updates, gift vouchers & more...

Not sure about everyone else - but we're all feeling rather relieved as we catch up on all sorts of fall out from the last few years of weirdness. We've finally (mostly) caught up on the waiting list and we've been able to get out to meet lots of new faces and gardens - it's been ace and we're having heaps of fun! Gift Vouchers We've also been able to re-instate our gift vouchers now that the wait list is down - perfect for Mother's Day - and way better than slippers! Although - slippers are pretty cool. So are chocolates, cats and wine. #justsayin' Team Updates We've also - sadly for us! - seen our amazing Bridget move on to a new and very exciting chapter in her horticulture career. We are sure many of you will miss her happy face and superstar gardening skillz (we are already!). But never fear, the rest of the garden crew will step in! And in the meantime, here's a question for YOU.. Wanna join our garden gang & work for the best boss in the history of the world? ...and yes - I do write these myself 😎 Because our team are just so awesome and amazing, we are constantly on the verge of being fully booked . Sooooo.....we're looking for more garden helpers. If you think you've got the goods - or you know someone who has - get onto sussing out the job deets here! That's it from Mel and the team for now. Don't forget to stay up to date with all our latest promos, shenanigans and other fun things on our socials: Facebook & Instagram Cheers!
